* 인성/리더십III 프로그램이란?

KAIST 학생들이 강사가 되어 후배(학부 신입생)를 가르치고, 신입생들의 학교 적응을 도우며 리더십을 실천하는 프로그램. 

○ 강의 기간: 2026년 가을학기(주 2시간, 총 11회 수업)

※ 강의일정 관련 참고사항: 2026 가을학기 수업 일정(첨부3)

○ 신청 자격: KAIST 재학생(학사/대학원생) 중 개인 또는 그룹(2~3인)으로 신청 가능하며 아래 3가지 중 한 가지에 해당되어야 함. 

    ※ 2026 가을학기 기준 재학학기 2학기 이하인 신입생 및 휴학생 학생강사 활동 불가

1) 7H 리더십 이수자 (교과목 코드: HSS.10072)

2) 리더십 특강 참여자

3) 리더십 특강(2026.7.10. 금요일) 참여 예정자

○ 모집 분야: 체육, 종교를 제외한 전 분야

• 외국인 학생들을 위한 영어 강의 우대

○ 신청 방법: 대표 학생이 글로벌리더십센터 홈페이지 (https://leadership.kaist.ac.kr/) →게시판→프로그램 신청 게시판→”인성/리더십III 학생강사” 선택 후 신청

○ 신청서 제출 방법: 첨부된 양식 작성하여 PDF 파일로 변환하여 제출

○ 신청서 접수 기간: 2026.7.7.(화) 23:59까지

• 접수기간 외에 제출한 지원서 접수 불가. 7월 말 서류 심사 결과 안내

• 학기당 1개 강좌의 학생강사로 활동 가능 (복수신청 및 중복활동 불가)

○ 혜택

    - 리더십 마일리지 적립(개인 학생강사: 50점, 그룹(2~3인) 학생강사: 100점 배분)    

   - 학기 말 수강생 설문 조사 결과 강의 평점이 가장 높은 3개 강좌 학생강사에게 상장 및 상품 수여

    - 수업준비비 및 활동비 지급, 수업 준비물 비용 지원(예산 범위 내)

We are recruiting student instructors for the 2026 Fall Humanity/Leadership III programs as follows.

* About the Humanity/Leadership III Program

The Humanity/Leadership III Program is a leadership initiative in which KAIST students serve as instructors, teaching undergraduate freshmen to help them adjust to university life.

○ Lecture Period: Fall Semester 2026 (2 hours/week, total of 11 sessions)

※ For details, please refer to the 2026 Fall Semester Class Schedule (Attachment 3).

○ Eligible Applicants: 1) An individual or a group(2-3 persons) among KAIST enrolled students (Undergraduate/Graduate) 2) Students who have either: completed the 7H Leadership (Course Code: HSS.10072) or will submit a 30-minute simulation class video (Video submission period: by July 7th email to challenge3@kaist.ac.kr)

※ Freshmen with two or fewer enrolled semesters as of the Fall 2026 semester, and students on a leave of absence, are not eligible to serve as student instructors.

○ Eligible Fields: All fields except PE and Religion

○ How to apply:

A representative student instructor should apply at the Global Leadership Center website at https://leadership.kaist.ac.kr/ (Select: Board → Applying for Program → Humanity/Leadership III / Student Instructor).

○ Application Form: Please complete the attached form and submit it in PDF format.

○ Application Period: July 7th 23:59, 2026

※ Applications submitted outside of this period will not be considered. The result will be announced by the end of July, 2026.

○ Benefits for Student Instructors

    - Leadership Mileage (50 points for individual student instructors, and 100 points for a group(2-3 persons) of student instructors).
   - Awards and prizes will be given to the top three lectures based on student survey feedback at the end of the semester.

  - Class preparation expenses, activity expenses and teaching supplies will be provided within the budget.
